Biography
Angela Orlando has been at Detroit Mercy for nine years, following five years at Davenport University where she served as a financial aid counselor.
What stands out most to Orlando about Detroit Mercy is the strong sense of family and close-knit community that genuinely cares about its students and goes above and beyond to support their success. She sees this close connection as a motivating factor for the work being done on campus and daily interaction with students.
Orlando is the mother of two wonderful children and two crazy dogs, and the family likes to spend free time up north at their cabin or getting away for the weekend in Frankenmuth.
